TME-VS4 is a mobile surveillance system for industrial use. TME-VS4 is a video encoder which can connect to 4 BNC cameras. It is used to transfer the analogy signal to digital signal and send the live video directly to your mobile using the TME protocols. It is a standalone system which runs without the help of a computer. 
